"The whole process was very efficient, expedient, and seamless!!👍😀 Frank came out to my house and listened to what I needed. He, then, surveyed and measured the staircase. He recommended a stairlift that would work best based on my needs and the suitability of the staircase. Upon ordering the stairlift, Greg came to my house within a week, despite having to order a chair that would swivel in correct direction. Greg was able to install the stairlift in less than two hrs.
