"What a great company. I called them at 8am and was able to get an appointment the same morning. they gave me a window of between 10am and noon. My technician Jack H was at my door at exactly 10am. Jack was wonderful. The job I had was routine Preventive maintenance. Jack gave the door a complete safety check and did find a few items that needed attention. We really like their business philosophy: very customer focused, with well-trained employees, and installation people who are employees rather than subcontractors hired at the lowest possible price. We ended up also getting a lot of tile floor and installation from them. The tile and carpet crews did excellent work, and the manager worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. A great experience...we recommend them!"
