I was worried stain might get splashed on the house, window, etc., but he taped, used drop cloths, and painted very neatly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He took a day to clean and prep the deck, then waited a day to let it dry. Then he did the staining in one day. He arrived when he said he would, cleaned up the site afterward, and was very courteous. It was a pleasure to deal with such a professional. We will keep him in mind for any future painting/staining projects."

In my case, the fan blade snapped off while in motion and it damaged our wall but thankfully it did not cause my daughter physical injury because she was under the fan when it happened. Quinn quickly disassembled and removed the old fan, built the new fan from the box, and installed the new fan in the expected time without issue. He is clearly an expert. He even went above and beyond to offer disposal of the packaging materials and defective recalled fan. I highly recommend his services."
