They explained everything they were going to do, showed me the stain colors they had and made sure I was satisfied before they continued......any mess that was made they cleaned up. They put plastic over the doorways into the living room and it kept the smell to a minimum. My floor came out beautiful! "Nick and his crew are AMAZING!! Our finished floors are GORGEOUS! The project: Redoing 20 years old hardwood floors in 4 rooms, a stairway, banister, and hall. Nick is easy to reach, as he either answers his phone immediately or calls back very quickly (when a message is left). Nick & his crew moved all of the furniture (both before & after the job) & covered the areas not being worked on (to prevent wood dust). They worked diligently and efficiently. Nick also did the floors in our old house. He did such a great job, that we hired him again for our new house. We could not be happier with Nick and his company!!!
