"I interviewed multiple suppliers and finally picked Pyramid Granite and I am very very glad I did. They were extremely professional in all their work beginning with meeting with me to examine an extremely difficult install due to the access to the kitchen (rolling a 800+ pound slab up an uneven hill--it took 7 people to do it). They even helped me with the cabinet installation/leveling. The finished result is beautiful. These guys are pheonmenal, and did a fantastic job!!!!!"

"I am a real estate investor so have more plumbing needs than some. One of the thing in our business is to keep a Rolodex of hood contacts. I was was blessed to find Austin. He is skilled equipped, and responsive. Definatley my first call as I have gotten to use him multiple times and each time it seems to get better, un heard of!"

"We couldn't be happier with the job Bill, Kyle and Daniel did in our home. Bill and his crew were professional, courteous. and a pleasure to work with. We are finishing our basement and needed a variety of plumbing jobs done for us. My husband is very picky about work done in our home, but he was extremely happy about the job done by Freedom Plumbing. To top things off, our HVAC people told us at the last minute that they would not be able to install additional registers before drywallers arrived as they had promised and Bill had his crew step in to help us out of a bind, and at a reasonable price. Freedom Plumbing is who we will call for any future plumbing needs we might have (and for that matter, for any HVAC needs we might have!)"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
