"The job at our house took two and a half days- removing old insulation and droppings under a large area, sanitizing the area, and repairing ductwork and replacing insulation. The space is challenging to access with many tight spaces, but they never complained. I experienced only pleasant and polite attitudes from the crew leader, Ricky, and each one of the men who came to my house from Attic Pros. They were careful to respect my home by putting down drop cloths and hanging plastic sheeting. They also covered their shoes. Ricky took the time to show me photos and explain what was going on as much as I wanted. I work from home and they were all very careful to control the noise from the work - no loud music, etc. They also kindly gave me a heads-up when they would be working directly under my office area. The work space area was cleaned well each day, and when they left the last day they did an extra thorough job. I would be pleased to have any of these men in my home again. Great experience all around!"

"We met with a few companies regarding our kitchen project before we ended up choosing Shai with Cal Green Remodeling. We picked him because of the knowledge he had and confidence he gaves us. He provided us with great ideas and a detailed estimate and timeline of what we could expect. His price was not very different than the others, however, his presentation was. Some of the other companies missed the mark on the details, which for us was very important considering this project was not cheap. Shai, had an answer to all of our questions and he offered us realistic expectations. Upon completion of our kitchen, we must say, we are super pleased with the results. We especially love the new island we added. Everything came out well and clean. The workers were efficient and kept the area clean during the renovation process. "If you are searching for someone to do repair or refinish your hardwood floors, you have found him: Nicolas Pierattini, Pierattini Hardwood Floors. A previous flooring contractor installed white oak hardwood throughout our newly remodeled home. Unfortunately, both the sanding and staining were uneven and the new floors were a disaster. They would have to be redone. After reading reviews, I contacted Nicolas. He came to have a look at the end of his work day, and explained what needed to be done. He assured me that the floors could be repaired and would look amazing with correct sanding and staining. He provided a fair estimate and a time frame, and fit our job into his schedule. The finished floors do, indeed, look amazing. During the course of the job, Nicolas readily answered our questions, kept us updated on his progress, and was helpful in our search for a new grate for the floor vent. He also did an excellent job matching the red oak thresholds to the white oak floors. He started and finished as per his proposal, and cleaned all of the surfaces when the floors were finished. We were very pleased with his work and his attention to detail. We look forward to having him return to sand and stain our deck."

"Juan turned our fireplace surround and hearth into a beautiful work of art, definitely something that had made our living room elegant. He is an amazing craftsperson who takes care to do the job right and with precision and his rate was very reasonable. He has a keen eye for detail and checked levels and lines to make sure each tile was placed perfectly. I appreciated that he listened to our design ideas and suggested improvements that made them even better than we could have imagined. For example; we wanted to only tile up to the mantle. He suggested to go up the wall further and edge the tile with a thin metal. Such simple suggestions to make a regular fireplace into a beautiful focal point in our living room. He also saved us money by suggesting we order a floating mantel shelf on line. He even came with me to Floor & Decor to make sure we had everything we needed to do the job right. Juan showed up on time each day and always kept us informed on what work is being completed that day and the next. We will definitely be hiring Juan to do our master bath remodeling and I know it will be amazing and done to perfection at an affordable price. We highly recommend Juan Infantas for any job you may have. You won’t be disappointed."
