He also helped us remain within our budget and kept us mindful of not overspending in areas, creatively offered workarounds, and allowed us revise with no hassels. He is fun to work with and his attention to detail and knowledge of requirements and regulation gave us the ability to navigate the design process with ease. We were also able to see our home being designed with the 3D viewer, which for people like me who struggle to "see" what the actual houseplan will look like, it made it that much more easy and exciting. "I am working with Charles on a large remodel/addition and he is excellent. He is great to work with. He really listens and incorporates everything that I want into the house design. His work is meticulous and he is completely professional. It is a pleasure working with him. He responds quickly and I can tell he cares about the project.
