"Great price and great service. Josh and team are very courteous and prompt. It was a pleasure working with them. Josh added a full bathroom in our basement. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to jackhammer a section of the basement floor add the needed plumbing, pour new concrete and set the shower; all in about 2 days. "I foun this company through Angi (formerly Angiâ s List). They arrived within 45 minutes after first the contact. Both, Brad and Alex were extremely friendly and courteous. They worked well together as a team. We were quoted a ridiculous amount in the thousands by another company. Zoom came in and got to work. The issue with the backed up shower drain was resolved within an hour or so. I like that they started working the issue and not make an assessment just by looking and saying what they think is causing the problem, then quote an insane amount to fix it. I canâ t praise them enough for coming and taking care of the drainage problem. The worked hard to clear the blockage. Thanks again, Brad and Alex!"

"Brody Jacobs responded to my HomeAdvisor query within 24 hours, did a site inspection, and provided an estimate within another 24 hours. Without exception he responded to texts regarding project schedule (we had to work around the spring weather). The entire project was completed within an April afternoon and looks great. During the job, he found a way to divert downspout water from the yard into our sump drain line, further mitigating our drainage problem. A very good experience."
