"What an exceptionWhat an exceptional experience. Contacted My Pro Contractors to replace my kitchen backsplash. It was needed to be done because I broke tiles to install my new over the range microwave, and the lease of my tenant was about to end. After quoting around, My Pro Contractors seemed the fairest, so I went with them. After their work I was left scratching my head how much work they did in such a short time (3 days without interruptions or lost communication). I was so pleased with their work and professionalism that I knew I couldnâ t let them go. This was my chance to get a fair price for a professional well-done job for my other long pending projects. So, I decided to remodel my two bathrooms. I knew it was a difficult task, and I have quoted others through years, but no one seemed fair of had difficulties with a bathtub because of my condo concrete floor. They replaced the tiles floors, new sink, painted walls and installed a brand-new bathtub! It was a noisy project to remove all the old tiles and bathtub, but thatâ s what it takes to get it done. They take the cleaning professionally too, leaving my place clean and no scratch on my laminate wood floors at the end of each workday. After the bathrooms project, again, I immediately re-contracted them to install a glass door for my bathtub, install a wall with door in order to have more privacy, and fix and paint all my doors. After completing all projects, which amazingly took one month in total, without major interruptions or leaving me on the waiting without communication, I built a trust and respect to My Pro Contractors. I ran out of projects for My Pro Contractors, but they did get me in direct contact with other people who also fairly quoted me for an installation of a new counter top for my kitchen. It was great to have one contractor to do all these projects, which made my experience stress free while having someone trustworthy and with great perception of what looks good at my place."

"Brian Terry repaired a double pane window that had accumulated moisture inside the window. When he came back to install the repaired window my wife noticed a fly imbedded inside the window. Brian told us that he guaranteed his work unconditionally and took the window back to be replaced again. I think that Brian's work ethic is refreshing and, sadly, unusual these days. "We were renovating a small bathroom by ourselves and selected beautiful large format tiles for the shower. They are 3 ft x 3 ft Porcelain and were beyond our capability to install them. We spoke with three contractors to handle the installation and selected D Alba Construction based upon 1) The rapid response and ability to start the job quickly, 2) The attention to details during discussions of various options, 3) Their emphasis regarding quality and customer satisfaction, and 4) A fair price We could not be happier. From the prep-work to ensure the job wouldn't mess up the rest of the house, and the application of waterproofing material that I had overlooked, to the final cleanup, they were professional and extremely competent. The installation was perfect, as was the follow-on job of plaster work to blend in the walls and ceiling surfaces with the newly placed tiles. We will definitely use them again and are already having conceptual discussions for bigger projects in the Fall."

"After considering options whether to repair or replace the ceramic tile in our two showers, my wife and I explored Sir Grout. The service person came to our home, checked our tiles and explained the process. We decided it was the best option for us and had both bathrooms done. The main person who did the work went even further by repairing a water damaged wall bordering the tile, which required more work for him. We are very happy with the results which restored our tiles and grouting to better than new condition. The process eliminated a very visible mold and mildew problem and as explained to us will continue to resist them."

"I just had a front Portico rebuilt and expanded to the front of my residence. The New Horizon Contracting, LLC Company was outstanding in doing the work. It is an outstanding construction company well deserving of six stars instead of the usual five! I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the construction -- from start to finish. The workers are experts at what they do and are fast while providing a professional approach to job excellence throughout the duration of the project. The company uses quality products so the project should have lasting results as the years pass. The project was completed on time and somewhat ahead of schedule. A good thing! The workers started early to ensure a full days work and only took one lunch break of extremely short duration. They even had their own microwave to cook food or warm beverages! Throughout the project I had no concern of property damage; be it to the house structure or the lawn. Clean up of the work area occurred regularly/daily and generated no complaints or concerns from me or the family. The company is truly a quality one that I would use again for both minor and/or major home improvements or repairs. Need I say, the cost of construction was extremely fair and what I expected â ¦ not a penny more. They are fair and honest business people. (Somewhat a rarity in todays world.) I would encourage any Home Advisor customer to place this company at the top of their list to contact. I firmly believe there would be no need to look further in finding a company to do quality and warranted home construction. I commend the Owner/President (Jose Rivera) for managing such a great team of employees. (None of them from the parking lot of Home Depot!!!")
