"Mr. Allen answered my inquiry promptly. I discussed with him over their phone the issues I was having and he was able to narrow down the issue I was having with my fridge to a few things. He was currently at a service so he told me he would arrive in about an hour. After he arrived and was able to take a look at the fridge, he was able to inspect my coils were frozen over and the coils in the back of the fridge. He clean the fans and the coils in the back and applied his heat gun to the freezer coils to thaw them out and instructed me to let my fridge thaw out overnight. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him for my next job."
