    Comment: The dishwasher had been installed several years ago and was working fine. Recently though it’s been draining poorly. We called a technician to examine. After not finding anything wrong with the unit, he contacted Samsung online support. He showed them pictures of the tubing/plumbing under the cabinet. According to Samsung, there needs to be a “loop” installed in the plumbing. So we think the unit was improperly installed a few years ago. We are looking for the unit to be reinstalled properly if there is indeed a problem.
