We were nervous about the wall since there were some HVAC ducts, but Jairo knew how best to move the duct that needed to be moved. He had to open additional drywall in the basement to access it, but he patched everything up and left it as if it had never been touched. We were very impressed by his craftsmanship and the wall opening was exactly what we wanted. We will be using him for other remodeling projects and will be recommending him to everyone we know."
