"Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We love the results, and no longer need to worry about exterior water damage."

Dawn was extremely helpful and very responsive every time I had questions. Sam has a great vision and eye for details which was apparent when we got an estimate done, and that was a huge reason why we went with Lee's. He custom mixed our stain, which made our floors turn out exactly how we wanted them, not just close. Joe and Candice were amazing, they did such a spectacular job installing the floors, very friendly, professional, and you can tell they take pride in their work. We had a second layer of tile in one area that they discovered, and when they told us they also came with a solution to fix the gap we'd have at the fireplace due to the thickness of the second layer. I always love when someone comes with a solution when they tell you of an unforseen issue. The sanding and staining crew did a fantastic job finishing the floors into the beautiful final product. There were no surprises on the final invoice. It was a pleasure working with everyone!!! Highly recommend Lee's, well worth every penny!"
