In making a decision on materials and color, samples were presented so I could make a choice based on my personal preference. The only time I would say I needed to practice patience was due to the weather. I selected a metal roof which ended up being the quality of an industrial roof. I also had gutters and downspouts installed along with a heat strip to keep the ice dams at bay. Global went the extra mile by running the heat strip in the downspouts to keep them from freezing up. Global went above and beyond without request to make sure all needs for the home were met. I very strongly recommend this company to everyone.
