"What a great experience. My wife and I needed to renovate our thirty-one year old home in order to place it on the market. We needed to replace a bathtub, two toilets and all of the faucets, water heater, oven, cooktop, countertops, sink, install new tile, hardwood, and carpeted flooring, two sliding doors, a front entry door, new A/C ducts and insulation up to code, new lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and the painting of all walls, ceilings, and trim throughout.
