"I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. I also needed my project completed within a very tight timeline as I was expecting gym equipment to be delivered shortly thereafter. Early on, I accidentally paid the entire balance of the project, with the vast majority of the work still left to be done â removing any financial leverage I had to ensure the project was completed.
