"A great experience! We had a fairly crappy all-season room on the original patio, backing up onto our fairly dark living room -- the wall having our back door, a standard window, and a large cabinet/gas-log fireplace. Brown removed the all-season room and the living room wall, and extended the living room into the old patio space. They replaced the wall with a pony wall, installed windows all around (including a picture window and a sliding door), installed an electric fireplace, a ceiling fan, & a split-system HVAC, and tiled the floor. The extension is lovely, bright, and open. It opens up and lightens the living room. We love it. The project was estimated at six weeks. It took four (July 9 through August 2; yes, we are behind at getting our review in). Mike and Ian and the various crews were easy to work with. The crews (framing, windows, sheetrock, electrical, painting and clean-up) were focused and professional. The cost was below what I had expected. We highly recommend them!"
