"Can’t thank Kody and Home Genius Exteriors enough, we met with Kody for a new roof quote, we have needed it for a while but we never met with anyone who was like Kody, he didn’t come in with then typical sales guy attitude. He really came off to me as a real person, I don’t think he even wanted to talk about the roof! We just talked about random things for probably close to an hour before the roof was even mentioned, but when it came down to the roof and the estimate, Kody was awesome Kody didn’t make me feel like I was just another sale to make, he got on the roof, took a bunch of pictures showed me the soft spots, he climbed in my craw space and I don’t even know how he made it up there haha, I could feel the heat from the hallway! We were not rushed in anyway. He broke down all the issues we were having and why it was happening, no one has done this for us. They just say you need a roof. He explained the entire process from start to finish. And made the new roof affordable. Ty"
