Crew #2 and #4 were the most recent projects. We spray foamed a new build. They were quick, clean, and detail orientated. The second job was insulating from the outside of our early 1900s built home. It was a nightmare job with no fault on the crew. I was absolutely freaking out for the pre existing condition of our home, and they were the best. They were so kind, and helpful. They did everything they could, and came back with an even better plan and ahead of what they originally gave us for a date. I found this company online, contacted him and was able to get a free consultation where he drove all the way to my condo in Canton the same day! He was able to schedule the job for 2 days later. He buys the paint and they show up ready to work! There was no inconvenience to me! They painted my condo beautifully and helped give me my dream starter place. Neal told me it would be completed in 1 day and it sure was completed in 1 day. The work was absolutely beautiful! I will always use this company for anything I need done. My parents were so pleased with the work, they hired them a week later and they painted their entire house and did multiple renovations to their home. He inspected the door operation and instructed me on the maintenance procedures. The cost of the spring replacement was considerably lower then the minimum another company quoted me. "Two large ceiling collapses from upstairs water leaks, in kitchen and bathroom. Demos part myself. Recommend removing everything and discuss shelves and fixtures in the room or there might be a light coating of dust despite DCS coverings and vacuum cleanup efforts. Honestâ if they quote, they keep to word. I signed contract with a different company before DCS but when they arrived they told me it would be 50% moreâ luckily they refunded my deposit. I gave extensive photos but Ask other companies if they will stand behind their quoteâ they may need to visit. Father/son veterans company. Although they subcontracted part of the work, the work was well done. Thank you!"
