"Topaz remodeling really took care off me and promised everything they gave. Joe the contractor was very friendly ,professional, and neat. Before they worked they covered the floors and appliances we were still using to make sure they didn't get damaged appreciated that. loved the kitchen they did for us,they did the tile flooring, backsplash, and cabinets. Will definitely be calling them back for future projects."

"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems. Â And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

"I was drawn to Amber's Home Remodeling because of their unique design aesthetic. They incorporated subtle Filipino touches into my kitchen room remodel that I absolutely love. The free 3D design process was amazing-it helped me visualize everything perfectly. And the care they took with every detail was truly impressive"

You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
