He took the time to go over all of the Company information, reviewed the roof-came back in and told us, he was giving us an estimate, but we did not need a new roof-this one had to have been replaced before we bought the place. When I need a roof, your Co. will be hired, and if anyone in our neighborhood, mentions a new roof-they will get one of his cards. As we do not need the work done, work quality and $ is hard to rate. "I'm in the process of a divorce and selling my home. It turned out the roof had to be replaced in order for homeowners insurance to provide coverage. I was not in a position to pay for this out of pocket. This company was willing to work with me to get the work done, even allowing me to make the deposit in payments and went out of their way to get it done quickly. When they started the work, they discovered a lot of the plywood sheets were rotten and there was no framing support around one corner of the roof. They had to reframe the whole section. The owner himself is a very kind man and is teaching his son the business so I got to meet him as well. I had estimates from two other companies that were several thousand dollars more than what the total cost ended up being with Romvil A1 Roofing & Remodeling LLC.
