"Our experience with O'Hanlon Kitchens, from design to final inspection on our kitchen reno, was highly professional and pleasant. Their quality workmanship and attention to detail are extraordinary. Tracy, our designer, is very creative, receptive to all kinds of ideas, and so easy to work with. Once the design was locked in, the rest of the well-organized team, Melanie (Project Coordinator), Michelle (Customer Support), Dustin and Rob (Installers) completed the project to perfection and on time. Dustin and Rob were particularly good about keeping the area dust free and clean during the demolition and reconstruction. Thanks to the professionals at O'Hanlon, the final result is our dream kitchen. It was a pleasure to work with O'Hanlon Kitchens, and we recommend them highly."

"Jordan and crew did an amazing job on our basement and made sure it was finished in a timely manor, as we had just moved. Never usually write reviews but felt I definitely had to in this case. There were no up charges or hidden costs and everything was done as we discussed to a tee. Highly recommend!!!"

"Our remodel project, which involves more than just a kitchen update, is still underway. Mark M., the president of Colebrook Construction, as our general contractor, has been creative in seeking solutions to issues which have arisen with our 46-year-old house. We appreciate the alternatives which he offers to us, as well as his high energy and experience base."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
