"I recently hired Brian to replace my outdated tile floor with modern large-format tiles, and the results are stunning. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Brian’s communication is top-notch; he always kept me informed about his arrival times and clearly explained the next steps in the process. It was a pleasure having Brian and his son (also Brian!) working in my home. They are both incredibly friendly and clearly take great pride in their work. The commitment to quality shows in every detail of the new floor. They also went above and beyond by keeping the workspace tidy and ensuring all debris was removed once the job was finished. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be hiring Brian for all my future tile projects!"

General Contracting
"I closed on my home in the afternoon on a Thursday and these guys were out there Friday morning, and by Friday evening had painted my whole home, and had started ripping up the carpet to place the new flooring. This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. Unless they go out of business, I will never use another contractor."

Custom Furniture
"We recently had some drywall repair/painting done in our townhome . We found Collins woodworks on home advisor and Jarrod and His wife Fabi did an excellent job. They took such special care with the prep and because of that step , did minimal mess, but they also did a fantastic job with the clean up . Very conscientious and very neat and just a joy to have in your home! We will definitely be using them in the future."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
