"Had a large multi-tiered deck to resurface ( replace all horrizontal boards) due to age and wear and tear. Will’s team came in and it was clear from the outset “Quality and Flexability” are what they are all about. The job took just a bit longer because of incidental modifications and low voltage wiring reroutes but in tge end the job is perfect and not a scrap left behind. I would, and in fact I am hiring his team for additional deck, fence and general carpentry work in the coming weeks."

"Jorge did a lot a customizations at our place - 1. He removed our existing kitchen island and built a new one. 2. He modified our vanities to increase the height. Did the plumbing work as well. 3. He installed LVP over existing hardwood on first floor and removed carpet and installed LVP on the second floor as well. 4. He installed new cabinets in the garage. 5. He re-painted and re-installed all the window shutters using metal screws. 6. He filled in paver's sand in the driveway concrete. 7. He built a new permanent sitting next to our sunroom wall. 8. He removed wire shelves and built shelves in our pantry and closets. His work is exemplary and he cleans up after he is done for the day. He is prompt, sticks to timelines and does a really great job. He is a very skilled person and we didn't have a single conflict with him through the time he worked at our place. I hired him again later for installation of blinds at my rental property and also move and reinstall some appliances there."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
