"Chris came to my dishwasher, was very professional- it was quick fix, but he then took the time to look at my oven which I hadn't originally planned for and threw in while he was here. He found the problem and left prepared to find the correct part, he was very communicative and helpful in finding what I needed and pricing me out. "Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"
