"I received a call literally within 5 minutes from all 3 referrals after sending the inquiry on Home Advisor (on a Sunday). I interviewed all 3 pros and chose to hire Sentinel Environmental because he appeared knowledgeable and his prices were most competitive. The inspector arrived at my rental property within 3 hours of our discussion at the exact time as agreed. The air quality sample work was completed in about an hour, and lab results, as well as a written affidavit were provided the next day. That's what I call service!!! I'm very satisfied.... F.
