"I was called right after I submitted for an estimate. Customer service is friendly, helpful, and professional. My technician Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable. The price is reasonable, and I did not have to worry about a thing as he was fixing the bases of my pillars on my porch. He was very fast and efficient and completely replaced and painted the pillar bases in 6 hours start to finish, including when he went to get materials. Within 48 hours of Mr. Dial leaving my home I received a Thank You Card from him which was a nice touch and unexpected. I was impressed with the quality of the windows and the installation process. The installers were courteous, professional, and efficient. The workmanship is beautiful and will last a lifetime. The entire team was great to work with. I really appreciated the ease of communication from start to finish. I highly recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future with further window restorations."
