Despite a delay with closing on my property as well as going through a pandemic Chris Walsh and his team still agreed to take on the job and has done an amazing job. Work that I got done includes wall removal (load bearing), complete kitchen remodel, windows, flooring throughout, paint, basement renovation, and complete renovations of both full bathrooms. HVAC, electric, and plumbing all done as well. Chris was more than fair with pricing. I would definitely recommend Boston Realty Development for your home improvement needs.
