"He would be a ten for me! I would definitely hire them again. They were very well prepared and organized, and very knowledgeable about their product. Its all mold and mildew resistant. They had videos of the process for us to see a sample of their work and how its done. They answered our questions thoroughly, He was very great about giving ideas and recommendations, and they specialize in basements. Their receptionist made me feel so comfortable and reassured that I wasn't going to be scammed. She called an hour before the guy came out. She made sure we felt comfortable and knew what was going on, she had really good communication skills. Make sure if you are taking on a basement remodel or a basement repair project, you hire a basement specialist. They did such a good job and I am so pleased with their work!"

"Contacted company on line and they called me back within 10 minutes. Asked several questions about issue I was having and set up an appointment to have someone assess the problem at no charge within the week. Issue clearly identified and suggested remedy explained in detail. Hired company to do job. The two men who did the job were very knowledgeable, professional and followed Covid guidelines while at my home. They also took precautions to keep my home clean and protected from dust and debris before and after job was done. Very pleased with the work that was done and definitely would recommend."
