"The problem turned out to be much worse than we realized. A pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink had been leaking. It damaged not only the siding, but had begun to rot the wood in the foundation too. L47 knew did a fantastic job repairing it. They also pointed out and repaired a problem with our facia board trim that would eventually have caused our siding to rot all the way around the house. So very happy we picked them to do our siding repair. And we plan to call them back for all our other projects."

"Fidel installed tile in our kitchen & laundry room. He walked us through his plans and his thoughts on how to complete the project and made us aware of any issues he faced so we could work together to find a solution. Very courteous, nice person who we would welcome in our home at any time. Extremely satisfied with his work and attention to details."

"I initially spoke to Chad Grimmer, the owner, on Tuesday 3/26. On 3/28 he and two employees came out of my house and set the necessary posts for my new cedar fence. Today, 3/30, his men returned and built the fence. They were exceptionally pleasant young men, skilled, intelligent, and extremely courteous. They came when they said they would and finished the job in exactly the amount of time they projected. It was a very positive experience. The fence is well built, attractive, and solidly built of beautifully selected clear cedar. When the finished they cleaned the area, removed all of the old fence parts, and left the area looking as I would expect it to look. These are good people who I feel very comfortable recommending."

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
