"We purchased a 3800+ sq. /ft. house in Woodland Hills that had a very nice floor plan, but the house had too many issues because the previous person that lived there, abused and neglected it. The house needed to have a complete remodeling from floors to ceilings. Sadly enough, we had only 2 months before we needed to leave the other house and to move in to the new house. Our main problem was that because of the remodeling that we wanted to do, we didn't want to live in it. Adi and his crew agreed to take the house and work under this challenge to complete the main things such as the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, replacing the floors, dining area and windows and they did a perfect job. During the first stage of the remodeling, they replaced the old floor, took out the old shower and tub in the master bathroom and rebuilt a large walk-in shower. They applied ledge stone around the kitchen island, create an access to the backyard from the master bedroom by removing a window and install French doors. - They replaced all the damaged baseboards and casings; - In the kitchen they removed the old style look and added heights and dimensions to the cabinets and building new ones where needed; - They refinished the cabinets throughout the entire house to a more modern cream; - Painted the entire house. Not only that Adi got the work done on time for us, he also did a great job and mainly was able to keep it within budget! I must mention that his estimate was competitive compare to the other contractors that we spoke with. Adi is a truly professional contractor. He's extremely knowledgeable; not only knows how to do the work, but he will also get in there and do it right along with his workers and subs. Everyone had a marvelous attitude and took time to answer our questions and concerns. We are extremely pleased with the results."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team. Despite the complexities of the job and the incidental issues that came up, the personal follow-through and attention paid to all questions and requests were taken care of expeditiously and professionally. "After initial phone consultation, I was feeling skeptical about Pro Painters LLC and asked for a lot of additional information about the business. The owner and business partner were very understanding and receptive of the inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable. We decided to choose this business due to the competitive pricing they quoted for ceiling, trims (patching nail holes on the trims), doors, and walls (patching holes in the walls). We met out at a Sherman Williams and paid for the paint we wanted (the quote covered the cost of the paint as well). They were able to start the SAME week that they gave a quote with. Pro Painters came in the next day and started preparations--covered all floors, rails, cabinets, door handles, light fixtures, outlets, etc. After the preparation day, they came out and started all of the painting around the home. Once the paint dried, they did a quality check walkaround themselves and fixed any areas that had excess paint. Then, they cleaned up the area (covers removed, wall plates put back on, paint removed) and we did a walkthrough the place. I pointed out areas that would need to be fixed or outlets that were missing wall plates and they made sure they corrected any of the work items. I came back to check a few days later for the paint to completely dry out and noticed another area with paint chipping and damages. So I messaged and they came back and fixed it! Overall, I highly recommend this painting business and will be using them for any further painting jobs that I may have. I have recommended this place as well to my real estate agent who will most likely start using them as well!"

They also did extra work for us not only was the house painted, but the deck had many areas needing attention, and they fixed it up perfectly, they also noted some things we needed done and did them.
