"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

Replacing a roof is a costly job and we gave ourselves enough time to research and compare the pros and cons of multiple companies. Roof4Life has been efficient with communication and very competitive with pricing. Ben, Chris, and Gio are very delightful people to work with and have great teamwork. Their role is different but so transparent and prompts that it seems like I am working with a single person. I worried about the roofing crews and thought I had to reschedule, but they came prepared and worked very professionally. A lot of our plywood was damaged and we had to replace almost half of them. Their plywood replacement cost was also the most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete. They made sure the roof is covered up and cleaned up very nicely before they left each day. I am satisfied with the look of the new roof. and the warranty on roof material and labor gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Roof4Life!"
