He called me and listened to my explanation of the problem. I told him the system was now acting normal and I didn't want to waste his time if it wasn't malfunctioning, so he suggested we cancel a service call and see if it continues to work OK. Six days later it malfunctioned and I called Elite back. Tim came out and went over everything, did maintenance and solved the problem. I was very pleased with his service."
