He showed up in the time frame provided, he accessed the situation explained how he was going to repair our issue and gave us price. Micah was a pleasure to work with as was Stephanie who returned my call and Jeff who answered on a follow-up call. They will be returning to install a new seal for the bottom of the door and install an outside key pad, might I ad at a very reasonable price, Moving forward they will always be my go to."
