"Came home from vacation late Sunday night to find a broken garage door spring on oversized door. Contacted 3 people. Ponderosa contacted us in less than an hour on a Sunday night and were here by 10 am. They have most springs with them but ours are oversized and told us it might be tomorrow. They were able to open a super heavy door for us to get our cars out. They called us back early afternoon and said they got our springs, came back and door was fixed, lubed and working by 4:30, way less than 24 hours of us contacting them on Sunday night.
