"Bruce was very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of my attic to assess exactly what I needed. I also had them blow insulation over my garage. Excellent customer service. Technicians were very professional and respectful of my home. Job was done on time as scheduled. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install insulation or blow in additional insulation. My house was built in the mid 1980's so I had only the original insulation done at that time. I now have R38 insulation in attic and over garage. Great job! thanks Koala!!"

Excellent communicator describing each step of the process. The quality of the finished floors far exceeded my expectations. Brenden kept me posted every time they were about to do work at my garages given this multi day process. My Garage is offsite with 2,500 sqft of concrete floors. At the time, my floors were being done while I was traveling overseas. Brenden kept me abreast along the way with Text and Emails. I did not ask Brenden to keep me updated, but it was just the way he works. I am a very detailed oriented person and I can't praise Brenden and his company enough putting the customer in the center and delivering outstanding results. You will be in good hands who cares about you as a customer and equally important end up with superior floors. Working with Brenden was real pleasure from start to finish.
