With a little bit of fact-finding, knowledge of the area, and troubleshooting on the spot, Duane fixed an issue we'd been having with our outdoor faucet since 2019 within in 5 minutes of his arrival (turns out we just needed to open a valve all the way). We'd previously had a big-name plumber come out, ask no questions, and quote us $250 to fix the faucet that ultimately worked just fine -- didn't realize that wasn't the right approach until we met Duane. Will hire him again and recommend him to friends, without a doubt!"
