Air duct cleaning, Exceptional customer service
"Amazing job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent(which hadnâ t been cleaned in well over 10 years). The 2 gentlemen that came out to my home were very knowledgeable and friendly. Even my dog liked them and he doesnâ t like anyone! My entire house has a very pleasant smell now and I could instantly tell the difference in the overall air quality. Will be using Cooper Massey Services yearly!"

"I was very happy with the air and dryer vent cleaning. I feel like I can tell a difference of the air quality in the house. Bradley, the technician, seemed very knowledgeable and informative. He showed up on time, and I believe he did a very thorough job in the expected timeframe. I appreciate his professionalism as I had to remind my curious kids to stay out of the way. Overall, I feel like Santi-Air provided top notch services at a competitive price compared to the cheaper company I used in the past."

"I worked with American HVAC Pros for my condo AC replacement earlier this Summer. I moved into my new home and immediately noticed that my HVAC was out right after moving in. As unfortunate as it was, I knew I had to get it fixed. I reached out to several people but Ben and Kelvin at AHP reached out instantly after first contact, and were out here same day to replace my unit. Not only were they fast and efficient, but they were FAIR on price. Honestly they were the cheapest out of 5 quotes and it was not even a close race. They were done in 4 hours, quick, efficient and clean. Literally dont have anything but good things to say. Owner operated, small business that actually cares about giving fair pricing and doing the right thing in a world where there are slime balls trying to rip you off on every corner. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC guys."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
