I needed a fireplace burner installed to convert my fireplace from wood burning to gas. The first guy had out quoted me $1100 for just labor. Ben’s crew beat them by hundreds and was $75 less than other bidder. Kenny inspected, cleaned the chimney, installed the burner, cleaned up, and did a fabulous job. He even cleaned the glass doors that were sooty. Great price, great communication, great service. Couldn’t ask for more.

I feel as though I got a great service for a resonable price. We had a bit of challenge re getting the service date on track, but once that was settled, it was great. The Technician arrived ahead of time (GREAT for me) and was just personable and helpful in explaining things to me. I had my dryer vent cleaned and it vents up on the roof. He took lots of before and after pics and even advised me on other issues that may crop up around my chimney. And I got a discount which no other vendor was willing to give. Yes, this is a great experience.
