"Wow! Where do I begin...I was battling a "rat issue" in my attic for 9 months. I went through 3 other pest control companies and spent $2,500 to $3,000 in trapping and exclusion work. Unfortunately none of the services were able to resolve the issue. I was about to give up hope when I decided to contact Patrick at Rat Rodent Removal as a last ditch effort. Patrick and David responded quickly and ensured me he would do a through inspection of the attic area(something other services and trappers wouldn't do) . They arrived at my home and upon introduction I knew I was dealing with professionals who actually care and not just in it for a "quick buck". Patrick did exactly what he said he was going to do as he meticulously went through the entire attic to include areas I was unable to access. Patrick located a fairly obscure cut vent pipe and was able to identify the problem area. Patrick and David quickly fixed the problem and ensured the area was clean. They identified the problem areas and were able to fully resolve the issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Patrick and David. These guys are true professionals who are determined to solve the issue. If I would have called Ratman Rodent Removal in the first place I would have saved $3,000 and a tremendous amount of headaches and sleepless nights. I strongly recommend anyone who has a rodent/pest issue to call Ratman Rodent Removal."
