"Diego and his team at Vallen Pro are the best around! We needed all of the common areas of our home and our kitchen cabinets painted. It was a huge job. His team tackled two-story walls, vaulted ceilings, doors, window endless trim and wainscoting, crown molding, a tall brick fireplace, and knotty pine which is very difficult to paint over. Diego had the best price of all the quotes I sourced and was awesome to work with. He is great at keeping in constant contact so I never had any questions about what he and his team were doing â at the beginning of the day we would confirm next steps on the project, and at the end of the day we would review progress and make sure everything was perfect. I canâ t tell you how many times he said, â I want you to be 100% happyâ . I was nervous about having our kitchen cabinets painted but they look like theyâ re factory finish and Iâ m very happy with the final product. Heâ s meticulous with his work and takes great pride in the quality and end-result of his projects which is all you can ask for when trusting someone with your home."

"Chris and his team of painters were great. I had a small apartment that I needed to have repainted entirely, and Chris responded promptly. I was happy with his company's performance; they started and completed the work as promised and did an outstanding job refinishing the kitchen cabinets, which were disassembled, sprayed, and reassembled. They came out amazing. I will use him again when needed, and highly recommend him."

"I had a pleasant experience working with Eddie who is always courteous, responsive, reasonable and reliable. His quote was prompt and the price was competitive. His crew was hardworking and was able to finish the work on time during the few days of extreme heat. I appreciated their work ethics and would definitely recommend."

"After a year of trying to get two different painters to paint our house, I called Paint Doctors. Joe came out with an estimate that day, and even though I took longer to get back with a go-ahead, the crew was here painting 2 weeks later. They did a great job, including the wood rot repairs and miscellaneous items like the front door and deck/stairs. Glad the others fell through so we ended up with Paint Doctors."

"Zeck Deck Services restored my front porch to better than new condition! The wooden columns had developed wet rot where they sat on the synthetic deck and the railings/trim needed new paint. Zeck Deck custom build aztec pads to sit between the restored wood columns and the deck. The paint job is incredible with no holidays, drips or overruns. In addition to the great work done by his company, Ezequiel has both vision and skill in assessing problems and providing solutions at a reasonable price. I am fortunate to have found Zeck Deck Services through Home Advisor and highly recommend this contractor! Bob Drury"

Painters usually price a job by the square feet of the project. Sometimes they’ll include flat fees for fixed expenses, like overhead and permits.
We make finding a painter easy. Simple use our directory to find a painter. Here you can browse local pros, check their reviews and do your first screening without ever having to call. We’ve also prescreened all the pros for you, to give you peace of mind.
Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work – covering, taping and scraping – it’s fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, you’ll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. You’ll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. It’s almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
