"Not only was Silas a pleasure to deal with, but his attention to detail was truly extraordinary. He restored my aging deck beyond what I thought was possible. I hired him to stain my deck, but what I got was really restoration. He trimed the shrubs encroaching on the deck, thoroughly pressure, washed it, spent over a day on his knees sanding the deck, replaced rotten boards and then gave it two sprayed on coats of stain. Some of the projects were: Removal the old carpet and disposal, replace the screens around the whole room, install new vinyl floor 100% waterproof, scrape and sand the wood ceiling, painted wood and siding, one coat of stain on ceiling, one coat of clear Polyurethane on ceiling and many more things also.
