We received permission from the town to remove the remaining part of the tree as well as 6 others that threatened our house. We had a number of tree service companies give us estimates and advise us. It was a good experience and we learned from each one of them. Greater Boston tree was not our 1st choice but after a number of failed return calls with other services, we decided to go back to them. It was the best decision we made. Leighton App, the owner, came out to our house right away, his crane operator showed up as scheduled the next day. We set up a date for the removal and on that day, they came and completed the removal and clean up. The staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond, in more ways than one. Giant trees were removed with precision no damage to my house or the plants in the garden next to the trees. One employee even waded into a still cold lake to get the last of the tree that had fallen. Great Job"

They are a hard-working, able bunch and the work (two large trees removed, one trash tree removed and one tree trimmed) was done quickly and well. "I contacted few different landscaping companies including JC landscaping. They were the first one to respond and they stick with the scheduled time to come over our house to check the requested job. We walked through each of my requests one by one. We scheduled a time to remove 3 giant pine trees and 1 oak tree. Trimming 5 trees and remove 3 stumps. They called few times to confirm the day/time for the job. They showed up early (as early as 7AM) on the day of the job. very professional and friendly crew. they walked me through how they were gonna do the job and how long it takes to finish etc. very informative. Cutting and pruning completed in one day and they left after cleaning all the dirt/wood particles and dust from the driveway. Next morning they came back to finish the stump grinding with same friendly and professional attitude. Again cleaned all the mess from the driveway and even from the porch. Their equipment is suitable for the job and highly recommend them. will use them also for full landscaping of our backyard in the fall."

"Miguel Lopez initially came to review the work I needed to have done. He also made one or two pertinent suggestions. Because most of the trees that needed trimming were my neighbor's property, he shared his concerns that she should be notified as well. It was no problem but a great consideration. He arrived on Monday 22nd with a full crew, placed cones in the street to mark off his area of work. He removed and/or trimmed all of the trees/bushes appropriately and his crew took the material to the shredder and dealt with them promptly. They picked up all debris before they left and used the blower to clean up the sidewalk. I so appreciate the customer care, the quiet, efficient manner in which they all did their jobs. "I received very professional service throughout my encounter with Castillo Landscaping. The team first did a major job of trimming greatly overgrown bushes, and removed tree limbs overhanging my garage. All trimmed refuse was hauled away leaving property neat and attractive. The second task the team tackled was the repair of two very disintegrating brick stairway entrances to my home. They reset and cemented the dislodged pieces and returned a few days later to do a power wash. I now feel safe for myself and others to use both front and back entrances. Finally, they applied foam injection for foundation crack repair, both inside and outside, to prevent water damage and pest intrusion. I would highly recommend this company for dependable, capable service and honest business dealings."
