The second job (ongoing now) is removing wood on the front of the house and stuccoing it Our third job will be remodeling our laundry room. He will remove a closet and cupboards and install new cabinets. He maintains a very clean work environment and does an excellent job. He has also offered helpful suggestions. Valencia Construction has done a great job for us."
