Within 2 minutes of hitting the send button Mr Moore contacted me. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prompt, respectful, pleasant and reasonably priced. "Chris arrived promptly and took care of a leak under our kitchen sink. He went above and beyond. He didn't just replace the cracked elbow, he re-piped everything under the sink and even installed a new connection to the dish washer. He also installed a new faucet. He did all this for the original price he quoted, which was very reasonable. He was very courteous and completed the job within an hour. He completely cleaned up when he was done, leaving our kitchen just as it was when he arrived. Rapid Plumbing Service will be our regular plumber from now on."
