"Mike Damario and his team of roofers did an excellent job. They were "on time," and worked continuously despite hot sunny conditions. Removal of the old tile roof was difficult and messy. The house, groundwork and shrubbery were thoroughly protected. No damage was incurred anywhere during the entire job, and cleanup was continuous and thorough. Mr. Damario was attentive, but not present during the entire job. His presence was not necessary as his crew were all professionals and self-starters. If Mike was needed, he was always available by phone, and would make time to inspect the job if necessary. Although we had not requested the installation of snow guards, and they were not included in his quote, Mike judged that the slope of the roof was such that their presence was necessary, particularly with a slick metal roof. He installed them throughout at no charge. In the end, there were no extras. We paid the price as quoted. If you are looking for a "cheap" job, do not look to Preferred Home Improvements as a solution. If you want nothing but a "top drawer" roof replacement; metal or otherwise, at a fair price with professional installers who work quickly and safely, then I can highly recommend Mike Damario and his team of roofing experts. By a "fair price," I mean neither high, nor low. Mike's price was competitive, and I'm very pleased that we decided to go with Preferred for our home re-roofing solution."
