Write a ReviewThey put a roof on my house which immediately leaked and had several areas of poor workmanship. It was brought to the owners attention numerous times. When they finally came out to look at the issues it was discovered my attic was filled with mold from the active leaks from their poor roof job. I had several engineers, roofing companies, insulation companies, as well as mold remediation companies state it was caused by the roof. The ridge vent was illegally done, stretched shingles etc and was not done up to code. They stated they would be back to remediate the mold months ago and have never showed back to take care of it. On the contract it stated if a subcontractor was used to install the roof they would be noted on the contract. They subcontracted this roof and did not have it noted on the contract. This is breach of contract they also did a roof for a friend of mine and subcontracted it out and did not mention it in contract. Another breach of contract This roof also has several issues that need to be addressed from poor workmanship. It is a shame it has come to this but I have given you chance after chance to make things right. I have documentation for everything to prove their poor work as well as breach of contract. This should have been claimed in your insurance policy for repairs. Make On Call your last call is what their slogan should be. Spend your money with someone that stands behind their work. Not these guys; sorry John, you had your chance. This is not the end. This is the beginning.
This customer is simply not telling you the complete truth. Lets start with he has already written that WE FIXED THE ISSUE. 2nd He is not even an angi customer and isx simply looking to cause issues. He is, in my opinion looking for a payout, which he will not get from us. He has 300 plus reviews written and has a reputation for suing. Mold in the attic was there prior to the roof (thus a new roof) and we have pictures to prove it. He never once called the office to tell us anything, He instead sent a text to the owner who immediately sent someone out to fix the issue and then tried to turn us away even calling the police on us for trying to fix his issue. until we said we get in to fix or we are done. He has admitted the issue was fixed. He was told (although I did not put it in writing) that we were subcontracting the roof. The mold was remediated and again we have pictures to prove it. To the public, check out this persons other 300 plus reviews and you will see the kind of person he is. Every company makes mistakes, we pride ourselves on fixing issues when they occur and this "person" has even written in other reviews that we did fix the issue. Please Note Brandon that we are taking the lines about this is the beginning as a threat to us and have reported it accordingly.

They came in, sat down, did the angles, cut the boards, and everything came out right. Everything was done by code, and accessible for the disabled.
This is a scam They ripped off $600 I will never AGAIN use THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

not happy with service or price
Company responded to email, phoned in advance to alert arrival, heard my concerns for safety with oven issues and resolved breaker problems. Discussion of future additional work was given thought and some items explained. All members of this business-from office and scheduling to owner and support technicians were friendly in interactions and timely completing tasks. Thankful to find quality work!
They are horrible. The job was supposed to be 2 days work. We are now on the 6th day and they still arent finished. 3 days of waiting for them to arrive and they never showed up. Customer service is rude. NEVER hiring these people again.
I landed up paying double the quote to replace wood boards on our deck. The billing for the job was unclear. I asked On Call for a quote to replace boards on our deck that have started to rot. The quote was to replace 15 boards on our outside deck. Nowhere did it say or was I told these were fifteen 8-foot boards. They arrived with fifteen 16-foot boards. They put them on the deck. I was charged double the quoted amount, since it then became apparent that the quote was for 8-foot and not 16-foot boards.
They did a great job installing new window shutters, painting some exterior trim, and installing a new entry door from our garage to our laundry room. Exceptional work and good value. Job completed within time frame I expected. Would/will hire again.
