He took out the old grass, installed two kinds of drainage and hooked it up to a gutter from the roof. He graded the land to drain properly, tilled the soil, added a soil amendment and laid down beautiful new sod. He then checked the coverage of my sprinklers. I can say with confidence that not only does Marcos and his team do a great job but I believe him to be a great person in general and he was a pleasure to do business with.
