"I can't say enough about our whole experience with Value Max Construction. The quality of their work is exceptional. They did more than I had expected and paid attention to every detail. They were careful with areas surrounding the several projects that they completed for us. They painted 40 year old cabinets in two bathrooms, painted iron railings, painted five rooms, installed and painted baseboards and trim in several rooms. "I can’t recommend Clint and Footprint Floors any higher. We were feeling a little stressed with getting our tile kitchen floor installed and Clint made the whole process easy, and stress free. We had an old home with a non ideal subfloor. Josh was the installer, and he is a 10/10. The job was bid for 2-3 days but ended up taking about 6 due to a rotten subfloor. Instead of cutting corners as most would do, Josh replaced the subfloor and took the necessary time to make sure the floor was level and that the job was done right vs fast. Josh has an amazing attention for detail, and we couldn’t be more happy with how the floor turned out. Hire Clint and Josh if you want a perfect floor install for a very fair price."

"I hired J for flooring work and he did a great job from communication, being on time, buying the material for us because we didn’t have time on our hands to do it ourselves and also working 12 hour days so we could have it done in the time we wanted. He did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable in what he does and very truthful and honest about what we needed to have done to get the floors we asked for. 10/10 I would recommend him and I will be going to him for future business.
