BNR replaced 2 large decks around a hot tub and installed concrete walkways for us. The project came out excellent and we are very pleased. From initial discussions about the work and throughout the entire project, Brennen was great to work with. Work was done at a fair and reasonable price. When issues came up, Brennen was quick to suggest solutions to keep project on track and within budget. Couldn't ask for a better contractor. Would definitely recommend and hire him for additional projects. If we could give 10 stars, we would.

BNR review While in the middle of a covered patio build project Brennen failed to win a bid for additional work to build a deck due to his estimate being much higher and longer than a competitor. His competition (Palm Construction) was almost half the price and did the work much faster. Despite reaffirming that he would still finish the outstanding work after seeing the other crew setting up - In a childish move he refused to finish the committed work in progress that he had already been paid to do, told me I could pick up my additional lumber from a yard over an hour from my house, and he left my place looking like a construction yard with loose pavers and all of his trash and stacks of leftover lumber from over-estimating / over-charging all over the place. I would never do business with this company again because they canâ t be trusted to finish their paid-for work and are just as likely to leave you high and dry out of spite.

BNR was an absolute blessing. In January, I came home to frozen pipes which in turn, burst and flooded my bathroom. I went through my homeowners insurance and after multiple water mitigation services and plumbers, I needed a contractor that I could rely on for not only the work in the bathroom but to endure how to navigate it all through my insurance. If youâ ve ever experienced homeowner issues needing insurance help, you know itâ s no small feat. The back and forth, the fighting for whats promised and covered in the policy to actually get approved, and so much more is a job in itself. It can be exhausting and frustrating, so having a contractor that is willing and patient enough to stand up for their client is beyond appreciated. Cost and value are certainly two different things and I can confidently say that BNR were adequately priced and the results were exceptionally well. They were thorough, gracious, precise, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. They were flexible, professional, friendly, and kept be up to date in the process. I would highly recommend them and canâ t wait to employ them for more work! I genuinely canâ t say enough good things about BNR. Hire them for your home needs and you wonâ t regret it one bit. To have honest contractors is a true blessing and to entrust a company to do work while youâ re away from home and knowing your home is safe and secure is invaluable. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. Thank you BNR for EVERYTHING.

Brennan with BNR was very knowledgable in the designing and construction of my patio cover. They built a 14â x23â lean to patio cover for my backyard and we couldnt be happier with the end result! If youâ re looking for any home improvement, remodel, carpentry, deck builds, etc. (to name a few) needing done, donâ t look past BNR as they have a wide scope of what theyâ re capable of! I highly recommend and will most definitely be using them again in the near future!
